Kishan International operates under the guidance of Mr. D.H. Narayanasa. We have been in the industry since 1976 that is, for more than 35 years and 2 generations. We are the proud member of FKCCI and ISEPC (Indian Silk Export Promotion Council).

Product Profile

We offer a wide ranging variety of silk fabrics and cotton furnishings which are known for their unique designs and superior quality. The Raw Silk and Yarn used in manufacturing our range of silk fabrics are imported from China. Our range includes Dupion which includes Dupion Plain, Dupion Checks & Stripes, Dupion Polyester, Taffeta Silk which includes Taffeta Plain, Taffeta Polyester, Taffeta Satin Checks & Stripes,and Taffeta Checks & Stripes and Organza. Our superior quality silk textiles are renowned all across the globe for the following salient features:

Infrastructure

We own state-of-the-art infrastructure which is well equipped with the most modern manufacturing machines for the production of our array of finest silk fabrics. The total plot area of the organization is 5 acres, the manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 5 acres and the installed capacity of the manufacturing plant is 10000 sq ft. Whether it is fusing, finishing or packaging, we are empowered with machineries which can carry out these tasks impeccably. All the operations in our unit is controlled and monitored by our chairman Mr. D. H. Narayansa. Some of our machines that we use for production are:

• Inhouse Computerised Embroidery Unit

Quality Assurance

Quality is our specialty and we are committed to offer our clients with finest quality. Our superior quality silk fabrics set us apart from our counterparts. We take up regular inspections from the modification stage of the fabric, to production procedure till the packaging stage. Our Quality Control Inspectors vigilantly monitor the processing procedures to make certain that our range of silk textile conforms to the international quality standards. Random inspections and Azo free tests are done by our Quality Assurance Department before providing inspection to designated inspection house. Our finished garments are also tested in terms of:
• Dyeing
• Printing

The production capacity of our manufacturing unit is 18 to 20 thousand meters per month. Our infrastructure consists of numerous departments such as Sourcing (dealing in sourcing of Fabric & Accessories), Production, Quality Monitoring, Accounts and Documentation, Sampling, Merchandising, Marketing and Dispatch Department. These departments assist in flawless manufacturing process. It is only with the assistance of our team that we have attained an annual turnover of Rs. 10 crores.

Customization and Packaging

The specialty of our fabrics resides in our ability of offer customization as per our client’s requirements and the latest fashion trends. Our fabrics can be customized on the basis of following parameters:
